Services - Conference
The conference is held annually in October with AMP-Ohio member communities, staff, consultants and municipal electric partners in attendance. Conference sessions offer an excellent opportunity to learn up-to-date information on issues and technologies affecting the public power, local government and the industry in general. In addition to the information sessions general membership meetings are held for AMP-Ohio, OMEA, OPPEI, MESA and the OMEGA Joint Ventures, where annual budgets are approved and board representation is determine. The conference also features AMP-Ohio’s annual awards banquet to recognize the outstanding efforts of member utility systems.
